Liver Function Tests in Hepatitis C Patients of Local Population of Lahore

Hepatic fibrosis is a chronic disease that results from hepatitis C infection. The tests used to screen for liver are known as serum biochemical (LTs) (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate and gamma glutamyl transferase). Objectives: To determine the prevalence etiologies of abnormal LTs in population Lahore, Pakistan. whether there any correlation HCV infection viral load clinical parameters such ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin, patient's age gender. Methods: Liver function (ALT, Bilirubin) were carried out using standard kits regular chemical analyzer photometric manner. Results: In our research, we gathered information 80 patients, whom 27 women 53 men. was more common adult aged 30 years or older men than women. These individuals had elevated levels several markers ALP. Conclusions: Based on this research investigation, saw instances being diagnosed asymptomatic patients with LFTs. findings present investigation showed under Lahore significant frequency LTs.
